Episode 33

In this episode, listen in to a real coaching / problem-solving session as I offer suggestions to a mom named Sara, whose daughter worries frequently — even at events that might normally be cause for celebration.

Not only are the suggestions meant to support Sara’s daughter, but they’re also meant to support Sara too. Raising a child with worries, fears, and big emotions can be difficult… and  how we think about kids’ worries affects both us and them.

**In the introduction to this episode, I mentioned a new type of support that I am offering: 30 minute Q&A / consultation calls (+ written recommended action steps).

If you have questions about how specific tools apply to your situation (and don’t need more intensive support), learn more about those calls here.
If you do want more intensive support (so that you can finally experience long-term positive change in your family and home), you can learn more here.
