Raising Resilience

A monthly membership to learn The Long Game Method for

improving resilience, confidence, and connection in families with big emotions.

You want more peace in your home.

You’ve tried to create more peace in the past, but you haven’t had much support:
YOU’RE dealing with big emotions and difficult attitudes.
YOU’RE trying to soothe upset, anxious, or angry children.
YOU’RE managing everyone’s moods and attitudes.

You want to be there your children, your family (and yourself!). But you’re also TIRED.

It’s time for you to…
stop carrying the emotional burden for everyone.
….have a step-by-step plan that tells you EXACTLY how to MAKE THINGS LIGHTER, and EASIER… not just now, but in the long run (so you can finally sleep soundly at night).

Relief is here.

Welcome to the Raising Resilience Membership

As a member, you’ll get the support you need + learn the Long Game tools to:

Handle big emotions — sensitivity, disrespect, & more

Understand how to respond effectively when your child can’t handle the fact that things aren’t going their way. (Know what to say and do to calm them in the moment and help them handle discomfort long-term.)

Support anxious children

Get strategies to support your child who worries… and strategies to build their resilience in the long run. (Help them see things differently and respond differently when they face challenges so that they won’t NEED your support!)

Foster responsible behavior and internal motivation

Learn what to say and do to motivate children and adolescents to clean up when they’re supposed to, do their homework, or get off of their devices. (Yes, it’s possible that you won’t have to remind them 5 times anymore…)

Stay regulated as a parent – in ANY situation

Learn effective tools for addressing your own feelings of stress, overwhelm, resentment, and guilt — even when they’re not related to parenting.

Plus so much more!

Thank you so much!

“I just wanted to let you know how much of an impact this is having on my life as a whole….I’ve been able to feel in control again, in my parenting, career, and family relationships.”

I’m on a mission to help parents feel less alone and more in control while raising responsible, resilient, and confident kids.

If we haven’t met before, I’m Rachel Bailey, Parenting Specialist, speaker, podcaster, and CREATOR of the LONG GAME METHOD.

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in Positive Discipline, and have served 2000+ families as an ADHD coach, in-home mentor, therapist, parenting consultant.

My work has been focused on supporting parents who have at least once child with “big emotions” (sensitivity, anxiety, and/or strong-willed behavior). My goal is to foster emotional resilience and confidence in ALL family members, leading to more peace, ease, and connection in families.

My work has been focused on supporting parents who have at least once child with “big emotions” (sensitivity, anxiety, and/or strong-willed behavior). My goal is to foster emotional resilience and confidence in ALL family members, leading to more peace, ease, and connection in families.

But if I’m being honest, my success isn’t based on any natural parenting abilities. I was not born to be a parent.

And if I didn’t do this for a living, I’d use the same “band-aid” strategies that I see most parents using. (You know — those strategies that don’t seem to lead to consistent results.)

It’s because I struggle as a parent sometimes that I know which tools you need to see long-term, positive results. I teach practical strategies because that’s what I need myself.

I’d love to teach you these tools as well, just as I’ve taught so many other parents so that you can finally feel more confident and in control… and feel good about the way you’re parenting.

What You’ll Learn inside The
“Raising Resilience” Membership

I’ve broken the Long Game Method into 3 simple pillars (+ some bonuses!) that give you everything you need to and achieve long-lasting peace in your home.

Diffuse The Drama

Immediately when you join the membership, you’ll receive support + clear strategies to help you stay out of kids’ Yuck and respond effectively to drama in your family — including meltdowns, disrespect, children being to themselves or others, or children shutting down or giving up.

Using the tools in this first phase of the Long Game Method, you’ll be able to handle any situation that you face (even chaotic ones!) in a way that brings more peace in the moment + fosters healthy self-esteem and resilience in your kids in the long run.

Set Effective Limits

In the next phase of the Long Game Method, you’ll learn how to become a powerful positive influence with your child so you don’t have to spend so much energy TRYING TO MAKE THEM do what they have to do.

You’ll also learn how to give children exactly what they need so that they’re internally motivated to do the things they have to do. This means managing everything isn’t all on you!

Foster Resilience + See Long Term Results

In the final phase of the Long Game Method, you’ll learn how to teach your child to respect their feelings without letting their feelings control them.

That means they’ll be able to manage feelings like disappointment, frustration, anger, anxiety or any other difficult emotion…without turning their Yuck out on others or in on themselves.

We’ll discuss pre-Yuck strategies (those that make it less likely that they’ll go into Yuck to begin with) and during-Yuck strategies (those that help them regulate when they do inevitably experience Yuck).

Plus, Get Access to Rachel’s Live 4-Week
“Accountability + Mastery” Groups

The entire Raising Resilience membership is built so that you could go through it on your own. But let’s be honest… Often things don’t get done if we don’t have a set time — and someone holding us accountable! — to do them.

This is why I will also be hosting LIVE 4-week LIVE classes to help you complete and improve your confidence with Long Game tools and strategies. These classes used to be taught to the public, but now they’re only available to members.

Here’s how they work:

  • You’ll join me for 4 weeks of live Zoom sessions, focused on specific Long Game tools that come from the 3 pillars of the Long Game Method — diffusing drama, setting limits, and fostering emotional resilience
  • These calls will include deeper discussions, goal-setting and accountability, and real practice with Long Game strategies so that you EXPERIENCE PROGRESS.
  • Through the class, you’ll receive my personalized feedback and support to ensure your success.

By the end of our time together, using the Long Game strategies will be more automatic!

Live classes that focus on specific Long Game tools will be available to purchase for extra support at any time while you’re a member.

What other parents asked before joining

Very simply, the Raising Resilience program provides you with a step-by-step roadmap + my support to foster resilience and healthy self-esteem in your children and peace and connection in your home.

And since you’ll be teaching skills to your children, you will be able to let go of the emotional burden you’ve been carrying for so long!

This is a very action-oriented program, and we want you to see genuine POSITIVE CHANGE! That said, to get the best results, plan to spend 1 hour per week on video trainings + taking the suggested action.

You may choose to take extra time to attend live Q&As and/or listen to the recording for answers to your questions.

Live Q&A sessions are offered both during the day and in the evening. However, if you can’t make any of these sessions, the video recordings (with time markers to indicate when questions were asked) are sent to you so you can work through them in your own time.

Although you will learn a methodology when you first join Raising Resilience, the program isn’t meant to offer more and more information (like a course may).

It’s meant to help you MASTER strategies, one at a time, so that you feel more and more confident as a parent. It’s also meant to provide ongoing support through the variety of challenges and phases that your children go through as they grow!

The Long Game Method is delivered in 3 parts: Diffuse Drama, Set Effective Limits, and Foster Emotional Resilience. Each part includes video lessons (20 minutes or less in length) + Action Sheets to help you apply what you’ve learned to your situation and take action.

Lessons are “dripped” at YOUR PACE — you unlock the next lesson after you complete one lesson — so you don’t feel overwhelmed!

I have experience supporting families of children ages 2-22, but most of the resources in Raising Resilience were created for parents of children aged 2-12.

If you have a child older than 12, you can ask questions about your situation in the live Q&As… or talk reach out to me for a more tailored approach.

I know how busy you are. The resources in the membership are meant to SAVE you time because. The solutions are meant to reduce power struggles, meltdowns, nagging, and other dynamics that are currently taking up so much of your time and energy.

Raising Resilience resources are all easily-digestible (videos are always 20 minutes or less) and are sent to you at YOUR PACE so that you don’t feel overwhelmed!

Yes. There is no minimum amount of time that you must be a member. You can cancel at any time that feels right to you.

Membership is $99/month. This gives you access to the learn-as-you-go Long Game Method training, live get-your-parenting-questions-answered-by-an-expert-on-the spot sessions, “quick win” resources, and community.

Members can also choose to join smaller, live 4-week accountability groups that I run for $350 per group. Dates & topics of these groups are announced within the membership.

This membership the best deal for access to the my strategies, as private coaching with me costs $250/hour+. Joining will save you money and time!

Still have questions about joining Raising Resilience? We’d love to hear from you!

Here’s my commitment to you

I can teach you the steps to create a calm, peaceful home.

You can be that parent who doesn’t go to bed feeling exhausted and guilty each night, dreading the next (Groundhog) day!

You can feel more confident in your ability to handle your children’s big emotions so you don’t have to walk on eggshells or avoid setting boundaries for fear of their meltdowns.

You can feel less worried and anxious and stay in control of your emotions and handle any chaos around you without making it worse.

It IS possible to set boundaries without having to yell and engage in power struggles when asking your children to go to sleep, do their homework, clean up after themselves, and get dressed when they’re supposed to.

It IS possible to enjoy — and actually look forward to — more time with your kids rather than dreading weekends and time off from school.

Join the Raising Resilience membership, so you can get the support you need to bring your family on board.

Reduce that burden you’ve been carrying for so long.

You’re supporting everyone else. It’s time to make things easier on YOU.

The resources in the membership teach you the specific action to take to reduce your overwhelm as you’re reducing the drama and increasing the flexibility and connection in your family.

In live Q&A sessions, Rachel will answer your questions any time things seem overwhelming, difficult, or confusing.

Plus, take live classes and get her direct feedback on your situation. Let an expert have YOUR back!

This means more peace in your family — not because YOU’RE doing it all, but because your child’s is now more confident, resilient, and flexible in their ability to handle challenges.
