I’m on a mission to help parents feel more in control while raising responsible, resilient, and confident kids.

If we haven’t met before, I’m Rachel Bailey, Parenting Specialist, speaker, podcaster, and creator OF the parenting academy and “Long Game Method” programs

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in Positive Discipline, and have served parents as an ADHD coach, in-home mentor, therapist, and teacher of positive parenting techniques.

My work has been focused on improving the dynamics between family members and fostering responsible behavior, resilience, and healthy self-esteem in children (and adults!).

But if I’m being honest, my success isn’t based on any natural parenting abilities. I was not born to be a parent.

And if I didn’t do this for a living, I’d use the same “band-aid” strategies that I see most parents using. (You know — those strategies that don’t seem to lead to consistent results.)

It’s because I struggle as a parent sometimes that I know which tools you need to see long-term, positive results. I teach practical strategies because that’s what I need myself.

I’d love to teach you these tools as well, just as I’ve taught so many other parents so that you can finally feel more confident and in control… and feel good about the way you’re parenting.

The curriculum in this training includes an explanation of how to diffuse dramatic behaviors + 5 “HOW-TO” videos that explain how to implement the plan
This includes:

  • What to say and not say in response to dramatic behaviors & responses (including disrespect and aggression)
  • How to understand your child’s behavior so you can respond effectively
  • How to stop “future thinking” so you can give your child what they need NOW
  • What to do when YOU’RE struggling… so that you can make this plan work

Together, these videos will help you create a personalized plan to use in situations you face.

Get your questions answered


Let’s be honest: You can learn strategies, but often they don’t address EXACTLY what happens in your situation.
Included with the program is 8 weeks of live question-and-answer sessions* so that you can:

  • Ask about situations that you’re facing that you’re still unsure how to handle
  • Ask about modifying strategies to make them work for you
  • Learn from the questions that other people are asking (you know, those questions that you didn’t realize you had until you heard them…)

These calls aren’t required to get results from the program. But they will allow you ask me questions directly, which can be helpful as you go through course material on your own.

If you can’t attend sessions, I’ll record a response for you!
